When: The actual anniversary date is on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 and the Texas planning committee has chosen Saturday, August 4, 2018. The event will start at 5:30pm CST, see the dinner program below.

Venue: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas in Richardson  located at 1981 North Central Expressway, Richardson, TX 75080.  Hotel phone number is 972-808-5312. The menu options are beef medallion, chicken piccata or vegetarian lasagna. The cost per person is $65.

Hotel Rooms: For room reservations we have an event coordinator with the DoubleTree that has discounted hotel rooms at $99/night see here.  Breakfast for two is included in the cost of the hotel room.

Note: The venue / event location is close to the former main MCI campus on at 1200 N. Glenville Drive, Richardson, TX 75082.

Dress Code: Casual, business casual, business. All are acceptable.

Activities: Before and after the event, such as golf, shopping, area tours such as South Fork Ranch, museums, fair, etc.

Because the hotel and banquet facilities require a final headcount and payment well in advance, registration for this event was closed on July 10, 2018.
